And the plot thickens again. After reading a couple pages it seems we're talking about the same guy - they mention him being in the armed forces. This is unreal. I can't this guy...I hope he's found and brought to some sort of justice - even if he just gets everyone what they are owed.

Yeah, TheMadScientist (I think it was him, anyway) posted that link a while ago. I was surprised then, but now I don't think anything else is going to surprise me about him. I mean, damn, I've gotten e-mails from his daughter and his baby's mom both saying he was a dirtbag who didn't take care of his family obligations. A guy who would throw his girlfriend and year-old daughter into the streets so he could go live with his new girlfriend in another country - well, stealing $6000 worth of car and motor would be pretty much nothing to a person like that, right?

Well, Dale L. Davis of 180sxfaktory is the top result when searching for his name. It's lower on the front page when searching for 180sxfaktory. I think we need to fix that. Also, check out the fourth link I found when searching for 180sxfaktory. http://www.aboutus.org/180sxfaktory.com I hope Dale L. Davis of 180sxfaktory gets what he deserves. I really, really do. Scammers (especially of this magnitude) make me puke.

I wished I would seen this thread earlier, but I very seldom troll the General Section, but hey... sorry about the situation and the loss of the car! If you do not mind me asking, but what happened to Jaymee, and I'm sorry for that loss as well.

I agree. A.J. I think it would be good to email a mod. Have them add 180sxfactory to the title of this thread. And I would suggest adding his name to your original post as well.

He didn't LOSE the fight, exactly... I think of it as a 'No Contest' or maybe the mother of all Doctor's Stoppages. No fighter considers those to be real "losses" - just 5hit that happens sometimes when you fight. Jaymee never tapped out; his body just wasn't physically able to continue. Mentally, he was in the fight 'til the end. The last thing he said to my wife was "I'm ok, mom. Seriously." She went to take a shower and when she came back, he was gone. He was my hero from his first round of chemo til his last breath...

That is honestly the saddest thing I have heard in a really long time. This brings a whole other level of douche to the gutless SOB that calls himself Dale Davis. Now more than ever, good luck man.

I am absolutely fascinated with this story. I started reading it from the beginning and when I got to the end i realized it is still unresolved. Fayceoff, you cant take this personally, Dale L. Davis obviously has no regard or method for picking his victims. Your particular situation just makes what he did to you more selfish and horrible, not saying his other scamming is justifiable. He can only hide for so long, and if he manages to hide forever, you know he went through a lot of trouble to do so. You and everyone here is just doing their part and making sure it doesn't happen again... I have never looked at these forums previously but as a Nissan lover and owner I will defiantly be back. Good luck and best wishes.

...which is EXACTLY why I can take it personally. I would understand if he said something to me, like he wouldn't be able to do the job for some reason because it wasn't going to be profitable, or it was going to be too time consuming and he could have been doing other business. I would have simply arranged to have him put my car back together with the KA and have the shipped back to me on my orders and paid to have the Z32 front clip crated up and shipped to me as well. There would have been no hard feelings, because I understand BUSINESS. He chose to make this personal between us, and even though it took me a LONG time to really get angry about it, I am angry now (but not hot-head angry - more of a cold, calculating, plotting sort of pissed off) and I'm going to make sure he pays for his faults, whether financially or some other way. That's pretty much all there is to it now.

Hi A.J. did he mention about me? I can't believe it. The baby girl is doing great. She is walking now and 7 teeth. I will never tell her that her dad name is Dale Lynk Davis. Check your email I sent you new email about his new look. Did you ever go to US embassy in Bahrain and report this to them? I think Dale is reading this forum. I can feel it somehow. He is just a *****. I don't think he is dead. A bad people die hard. If he is dead? I will be very happy to know. Dale is not a good guy. HE SEEM TO BE.

Yes, I got it. Thank you. There was a lot of good information there. I have not spoken with the Bahrain Embassy - I'm not sure what good that would do, exactly. I hope Dale is reading. He needs to know that it's not safe for him to come out of his hole yet. If he IS reading it, then he's obviously afraid or he would have said something to me by now.

Holy crap! I had no idea this wasn't resolved yet. I figured it was some dude that was a little late coming home. . . looks like I was wrong. Sorry AJ for undermining your search if I have in any way. This Douchebag has got to be canned. I just received a check from a scammer that I tracked down and pwn'd. I hope the same happens here for you. I'll put a link to this post in my sig for more publicity. Again, sorry for my ignorance at the first of this thread.

Nah, man, you didn't undermine it, as you can see. Patcharee gave me some information, and I think I'm going to go the Embassy with it next. The investigators I gave all my information (including links to these threads) to haven't been in contact with me in a couple of weeks and that's pissing me off a bit, but I'm going to call the Security Officer over there on Monday. There is an excellent indication in particular that Dale L. Davis is still alive and well, but I don't want to give it away... Anyway, I'll let you guys know if I hear anything.

Ive just started reading all of this and im completly dumbfounded by his actions. I have been on a roller coaster of emtions ranging from hatred for "Lt. Dale l Davis" to sorrow for the loss of your child. I hope all is well in the end. R.I.P. Jaymee Clarke
