hey guys just wanted to post some quick pics of the new 20" wheels, please excuse the pic quality as they are from my blackberry. let me know what you think. if it ever stops raining here i will wash up the car again and get some better pics. thinking of painting the chrome window trim black and possibly smoking out the lights. car is a 02 premium with black interior.

I like the idea of a totally blacked-out F50. The wheels themselves aren't my style, though.

I think it would probably look good with the chrome window trim black as well. As it is now, there's so little chrome that the window trim ALMOST looks out of place.

HAHA Lance... I thought that was your car!

You work for alltel by the suncoast and 54! I came in to your store and started to ask you about the car... I think i even told you about NICO lol

I had that crazy $1500 phone bill that you had to fix all the problems on the account.

Arrazcaeta is the last name if that rings a bell lol

Glad to have you on the Nico site!

How about having the chrome changed to "black pearl" or "black chrome" whatever they call it... I think that would look very nice... I have even considered it for our Q and G.

thanks for the feedback guys. as for the chrome lip, i dont agree i personally like the all black much better and have never seen a set of wheels that had the chrome lip that didnt look cheap.

im not sure if you are looking at the same pictures when you made the comment about the tinted windows, as you can clearly see in the pics they are already tinted well beyond the legal limit.

can anyone tell me where to buy the lowering kit and what one to go with?

wheels need spacers too, then itll be good to go

for the drop, really should probably get coilovers, the only company i can think of off the top of my head with Q applications is JIC, theyve got a dedicated VIP coilover they make for the F50 among others

those and spacers and appropriate suspension link stuff and youll be set

If you like the batmobile look or the secret service PI look, I guess it's cool.

Doesn't do much for the car's shape though. It'd be great in a funeral home fleet, though.

Exactly my sentiments.I agree with naladude911 on the chrome lip for the wheels. That would have saved it and made it look a lot better. To each his own though.

definately NOT murdered out!! It looks good ( needs a drop) but Murdered out is ONLY achieved when everything is black, no chrome beltline, trunk badges, handles, window trim, and blacked out tailights....

Very nice Q though!

sweet whip. i would smoke the lights, f & r (lighter on the frnt). then i would black out grill & window surrounds xcept for infiniti badges (large front & rear emblems would b only chrome left). finally, i would choose a color that you like and paint your brake calipers that color & also have a small pinstrip painted around the lip of the wheel in the same chosen color. that way it gives you the blacked out look without looking funeral home-ish...

What the HELL does "murdered out" mean? The car goes around smashing pedestrians?

Well, I have to admit, making a fine car like a Q45 look like it has 4 spare tires on it DOES make it look "murdered". The term is appropriate, but maybe "massacred" or "destroyed" might be more accurate.

It is truly said: "There is no accounting for taste".Putting 4 spare wheels on a Q is a perfect example of that.I wonder what's next. Fender skirts? Leopard skin seats and flames painted on the hood and sides? 22" tractor wheels with rubber bands around them? Oh wait, we already have those. Maybe the next thing we know, the teennyboppers will be putting 24", 26", and 28" wheels on their Qs.

How some can ruin a beautiful car like a Q and think it looks "cool" is disturbing.

24" has been done as published in another post of a Q45 on craigslist in SF. So sad.

You guys are so narrow minded. If everyone drove around completely stock, it would suck. Relax a little you old school guys.

It looks sweet and does need to black out the rest. They make some tape that you can use to black out the trim. Lamin-x Makes an excellent lens film to blackout the lights.

im sorry most of you dont like my car. i happen to love it, and the rude comments are entirely unnecessary. if you dont like it there are a million ways to say so without showing your true juvenile mentality. I can respect someones opinion but i cant respect ignorance. to those who were disrespectful .......... kill yourself.

as i said in my last post, i respect opinions of those who do not like my car its the disrespectful delivery that is unneeded. is it possible for anyone to have a opinion and still be respectful? That is what my last post was about, not the fact that people dont share my taste. Learn to read, and follow the directions in the end of my last post.
