After extensive deliberation on what route to go we finally settled on the perfect swap for my s14...

SR? nah....

CA? nope....

KA-T? not a chance.....

RB you say? childs play my boys......

its got to be a V8 then right? ha....weaksauce....

Let me introduce you to the uber rare JDM pinktop KA24DE special edition truck motor swap.....

Horsepower is through the roof....torque is insane. That's right, be jealous.

Ok incase you thought I was on crack....we painted my valve cover. Here's some pics...

Brake parts cleaner, sanding, polishing of the letters, primer, VHT hot pink, clear coat, cleaning the letters, and some more clear.

On a serious note, I do plan on an RB swap at some point but this was a nice personalization for now.

Cool! Tell the uneducated people that you have an SR20 running so much boost that the redtop is fading

It was fun painting it. The color is definitely you

Turned out really nice. I'm glad we were able to get the stainless allen head bolts for it. Now we'll have to outfit the entire engine bay with them though

Uhh no. An actual engine swap. Not just a painted Valve Cover.

Never said that. Show me anywhere, where I said that.

You made a thread titled motor swap. Where's the motor swap? A valve cover is not a motor. Maybe Jerry hasn't been teaching you enough yet about cars?

I think we should drop a B16 in there.

Excuse me? You quoted some kid from columbus to talk smack about my thread?

I'm well aware its not a motor swap. It was sarcasm. Apparently it was over your head. And as for knowledge....I know quite a bit more than your average person. Go talk **** to somebody else. Maybe on a GM forum or something.

The i'm with stupid sign, and hiding behind couch meant it was tongue in cheek. Sarcasm that you missed.

Sorry I don't kiss girls' asses. Guess that makes me different from most of the other guys on Nico. As for go to a GM forum, I've been on this forum longer than you and Jerry, and have owned more Nissans and probably done more track time too.

Thanks! You'll definitely have to get her a s14 kouki one day

We got the bolts from a local hardware store, Jerry has similiar ones on his Z that he got from Mcmaster carr onlince. Should be able to find them some place local for cheaper.
