It's sad that you can't find someone with a 4th Gen Max/I30 in SoCal for testing. I guess I will order the BlehmCo Groudning Kit for mine. If/when you've tested one of your kits on a 4th Gen do let us know ...

If you're coming out here, I'd be happy to measure out your car. I do have a kit for the 07/08 2.5 and 3.5 already. And one for the 05 2.5. I'm also working on one for the 06 SER(?).I have soooo many requests and so few test vehicles

Yeah, bro. Where you been? It's all over the Alti forum and G forum. The alti guys are getting 2-3mpg more, better audio quality, and some performance gains which are hard to determine because of the "beloved" CVT.

I'd be happy to make a kit for the versa. It would be cool if the versa saw the same fuel economy gains as the altimas are right now. 2-3 mpg is nothing to scoff at!!!Find me a Versa member here in SoCal and I'll put something together for you guys. All test vehicles are what I call "Semi-sponsored". The kits aren't free, but I cut the prices down quite a bit for their participation. You can assure them, that their warranties won't be void and they run very little to no risk in testing.

No. Not because I don't want to, but because I haven't had the chance to. I want an S13/S14 that's not heavily modded. I/H/E are fine, but a swapped engine makes things difficult.

just installed SBD kit... dont have the TCU wire on yet... but i noticed a quicker start up, louder radio, my intelligant key is noticed quicker (usually a noticable delay before it lets you start the car without the key), a quicker rev, VDC kicks in later and goes away quicker, nicer idle, drive by wire gas pedal not as delayedbasicly everything electronic in the car respones a little quicker, which was my only complaint about the car... especially having the intelligant key with its noticable delay (excuse my spelling)

A hybrid Altima? No. I don't see to many of those around here. I'd need to find one to see how it's grounded. I'd think that Nissan would ground them pretty well considering how much juice is being pushed through it. Kareem, Thanks for the review. I'm glad to see that there hasn't been one G customer that's unhappy or had poor results. Get that TCU wire on and reconnect the ECU better and I think you'll like the results even more.

Got the TCU wire installed, but i couldnt get to the VIN plate location you refered to in your install... its on the right side of the transmission. But on the g35x the right side is crowded with the front drive shaft assembly... so i found a point on the left side of the transmisson. shifting is now smoother... low speed shifts especially.... and the car dosent over rev 3rd gear in auto mode any more. Thanks for a great kit. here are the pics TCU Ground

No, still waiting on a test vehicle to verify fitment. The G,Z,FX, and M all share a very similar platform, so the kits will all be similar, but I don't do generic kits. Each is made to order.
