Unbelievable.......... my A/C has been an on going issue for the past month to no success on Nissan's part. I went in about a month ago to get my car serviced under my gold protection warranty, took the service tech's 2 hours to figure out they don't have the part!! They only had the A/C part for the 2.5 Altimas......I can't figure out why they did'nt have any for a 3.5?
A week passed as they were suppose to call me and let me know of the status of the situation.........I had to call them a week later!! They explain they recieved the part but it was the incorrect pipe for it did'nt have the proper port.......WTF!!?? Why was only one ordered at the time? More waiting......
Another week went past as I waited very kindly during our warmer weather season, then I decided to call a week later to find out an update to my situation, right now I have called the service department to no answer for 25 minutes....GTFO!!
I know they were open at some point when I called for I called the sales department to get transferred to the service deparment....... I AM UPSET!!
