If you're reading this, Welcome to NICO As you browse and post, you may notice many members cars or other things at the end of a post and ask yourself... "How can I get something like this?" Well, it's quite simple...

Step 1:Read through this extremely helpful how to: zerothread/254009

Upload a picture of your car to start, that way we can all appreciate your pride and joy.

Also, disregard all steps after 6, things will start to change since your now doing a signature Step 2:Once you have uploaded a picture, click the "Edit" button above the thumbnail

Step 3:Here is the Edit screen, you can do all sorts of stuff like crop, add effects and stuff, but for now lets click "Resize"

Step 4:This step has 3 parts, first, uncheck the box that says "Keep Proportions," this allows you to resize it to whatever size you want, super skinny, wicked wide, anything. Next, drag the "Width" and "Height" sliders to a good size, remember signature size limit is 600 by 200 so don't go overboard, stay in the limits. Finally, click "Save"

Step 5:You will then come to a screen like this, click "Overwrite Existing Image," obviously, it overwrites the original size, but you can always re-upload the image if you want it back later.

Step 6:After saving, you come to a view of the image, simply click inside the yellow-ish "IMG Code" box, and the IMG code will be copied.

Step 7:Now that the IMG code is copied, click "Profile" on the NICO Forums Page

Step 8:On your Profile page you will find all sorts of useful stuff like your user options and where to change your avatar, which you can use this how to, only make the picture 50x50 when re-sizing For now, however, click "My Signature"

Step 9:The area where you edit your signature looks exactly like the area where you post. Since the code has been copied from photobucket, all you have to do is right-click, then click "paste" in the box, then, click the "Save" button

Thats it Now post around and marvel at your new sig! Again, welcome to the forums, stick around and have a blast!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scarification

then get to work? how did you get your custom title? by writing a write-up to help someone who didnt know how to do something. thats what i did, im just learning about cars and stuff myself so idk to much about that but i know about computers n stuff and i've been to forums where i dont know anything about it except how to post. a sig is something everyone needs, it breaks stuff up so it doesnt look like this

this way every post looks different and its not just

blah blah

blah blah blah

blah

Im not sure if you were pointing out a size problem with my signature or not but it is within the 600x200 signature size constraints. right click, properties, shows image size 484x200.... lemme know if it, for some reason, looks different for you... anyone...
