Plastic Pieces?....what are they?

i found these 4 plastic parts in a thin plastic box behind my driver seat under the plastic cover that covers the fuel tank, next to the rear speaker......what are they for?

alright cool.....anyone know how to use them?,i have a friend at work who says that my lights are too high and that my lights were blinding when i was behind her (not on highs)thanks
