Do you have power at the switched sides of the IGN and ECCS relays?

YES the car used to be an Automatic (hmmm!?)

I do have power to both. ( I think!)

There are two relays on the RB25 one is the eccs and ign, i used a voltmeter and it displays voltage. The fuel pump relay.... displays 3.2V in the on position. Could it be a groung wire that i missed? Ive hered something about auto to manual but, when i got the car, it had allready been swapped and im just replacing the 5 speed KA!! Dude this really stinks. I think im on one last brain cell!!! I have not slept and im gonna get fired from work. LOL

LOL don't get fired or you won't be able to support your baby RB!

First thing to check, since the starter is not kicking over and your car used to be A/T, is the top plug or 2nd to top plug next to the fuse box in the engine bay. It should be jumpered to itself. But like you said, that should have already been done during the 5 speed swap.

Next, try running a jumper wire from the orange wire on the ECCS relay (coil side) to ground. That will manually cause the relay to close and power up the ECU. Try starting it that way.

I am on and off all day while at work. Keeps me from hating my job and making my coworkers look bad with how little some of them do.

On relays, there's a coil side and a switched side. When one side of the coil side has power and the other is grounded, current flows through it drawing the other half of the relay to close/open (depends on type of relay). When the switched half closes, power is transferred to the unit of interest. By manually grounding the coil side, it closes the switched side and you have POWER! For some reason, the coil side wire is not grounding out.

This is a dumb question, but are your relays in tact?

What do you mean in tact? I have spliced a w/b wire to the supposed pin#17 on KA harness along with the R (ign) wire both coming out of the relays fur power! I got good power to them as it seems! Im going to bounce my head of a brick wall .... be right back!

OK!!Ive got my fuel pump going! YESSSSss! Since i took my ignition completely off and runs by a push start button and switches, i had to reconnect two wires to my batt. in turn gave me the Voltage plus some tunes, yeah! Now the downfall of it.......... I still have no starter signal! (Damn them damn every singl little freakn' wires!!) Plus my ECU wont turn on!! (Geeze!)

Alright I'm going to put this as simply as I can...

Temporarily splice in a wire to the orange wire on the ECCS relay and ground the other end of it. ECU should power up.
