Looks somewhat close thought seems a little cheaper looking than my interior.
I am presuming you can add your own voice button to the wheel? Or the little addon piece from your own wheel?

Looks like the steering wheel from an '01 QX4. If so, the wood is darker than the M's interior. It doesn't look as golden in normal light, it looks more brownish.

That is a 01-03 Qx4 steering wheel.
You can get a 02-03 Q45 steering wheel with matching birdseye maple.
You can get a 02-03 Q45 steering wheel with matching birdseye maple.
