Two tone paint for a G?

Has anyone done, or thought about doing a 2 tone paint for their G?I saw a Foose Nova that was gold and brown 2 tone that I thought was really sharp. I couldn't find that car, but I found another that is close.

What do you think the G would look like with this style of 2 tone paint?



Incidentally, I love the 66/67 Novas. Best looking car Chevy made in the 60's.

I think it could look pretty sweet....one of those preference things. I've seen something close when I saw a G that had CF hood/roof/and trunk. From a distance, it looked a lot like 2 tone paint. Would have to be the right color scheme though. Like Pearl White and Caribbean blue or something? Or maybe even a white/black.....then it'll look kinda like a cop car G haha!

Either way, it would have to be on a coupe tho, I don't think a sedan could pull it off.

Personally, I don't like two-tone paint. But I'm sure you cold if you wanted...

Try posting a pic of your car, and a photoshop expert might help you out.

I've seen an 07 2 tone. Looked pretty good. I never liked cars with 2 tone paint but that was pretty good.

2 tone is ok, as long as they're both black

I dont know if two tone would look too good on a G, the car you have on the pic has dividing lines which allow it to go from one color to the next, a G has no such lines.

after the crash, i thought of 2 tone but i'm not adventurous enough to risk it...i thought about fading (goes progressively darker as you go from top to bottom- silver to black in my case) but that was way more than i was williing to spend. my sister has the 2 tone on her lexus sc400 and has an obvious line but it doesn't look bad but it is obvious.

Yes, it really works well on a coupe. Maybe a white with a tan or silver top.

I like the 3rd. brake light with INFINITI in it. Wonder if that guy is a member, he has a sharp G.

IP looks really good with black roof and tint. I think that is bat overlay not paint.

here is a sedan with black roof.

Maybe the red would look good too with black roof and dark tint.

Nah I searched on the net long time ago and save it. I thought it looked really sharp. I don't know about other colors tho. IP and maybe the red. Maybe.

I just pictured in my head my OB with white top.

Yeah, a silver coupe with the right color off red top would look really sharp.

So far, I'm thinking it would be very doable on a coupe, but a sedan would take a lot more work.
