This sucks I got everything I need but I can't figure out how to go about getting these injectors in. I'm going to 460cc and no they will not drop in. The manifold holes are too small?

Are you using nissan o-rings? From what I've read you need to use Nissan o-rings when you put other injectors in. If you ware using the right ones, get some spray silicone lube. I use it when put new injectors in my car

I have the o-rings. Its not the top into the fuel rail its the bottom into the manifold. The plastic cap on the rx-7 injectors are slightly larger than the hole. Will I have to bore out the manifold to fit them?

my 460s dropped straight in, though they did have brand new pintle caps fitted when they were cleaned

Take off the pintle caps then try it.

I use red/oval Series 5 RX7 550cc injectors in my ca18det.

No issues at all, when using the original o-ring and bottom seal.

Had to change the plug and unwire the dropping resistor.

ensure your using the proper o-ring.

use vaseline to lubricate both ends, leaky injectors suck.

if they still dont fit, start looking for other o-rings from other vehicles.

I had to get my fuel rail reamed to accomodate my, ahem, VENOM injectors.

If you guys didnt know, VENOM injectors are about the coolest thing since aids.

Ok I gave up on the 460cc for now and put in some 450cc(DSM) now it won't crank? I have fuel pressure and injectors came from a running car? Could I have air trapped in the rail?

Well I tried to purge the fuel to rid it of air and it seems like it wants to start but just won't? I get a little but no starting. I'm going to let it sit over night and see what happens in the moring?

Sorry, it will crank just will not start. I'm getting only partial ignition. Seems like one cylinder. I'm going to look at the plugs today to see if I'm getting fuel in all 4.

I got a eprom from ebay. Can the ecu be tuned for low impedence so I would have to remove the resistor?

OK i know I will get flamed but I found the problem. The plugs were shot. This is the second time this happened to me. I'm going to start changing the plugs everytime I do a mod. Thanks everyone for the help. My car is running better than ever. I had 7's in it but I had some 6's I put back in and it fired right up.

No top feed, low impedence
