Heres a kind of, mini-update thread on my car.

These wheels are an inch wider than my Advans, but soooo much lighter!! R33GTR wheels are awesome

I prefer the look of the dark wheels on my car, so I'm going to paint them the same colour as standard R34GTR wheels.

Cant argue with more width and lower offset

These wheels are just a temporary measure until I can afford some "real" wheels. Luckily, wheels dont really lose their value, so I shouldn't make a loss.

Next step for my car is to fit Apexi Multichecker, Defi Din Gauge (amber), and Nardi steering wheel (pictured below):

Also in the process of buying an Origin Labs roof spoiler, and this week I will remove the OEM spoiler.

Opinions and suggestions welcome

I think the spoke design looks a bit soft against the aero - I think darker paint will make the wheels suit the aggressive look of the car a bit more, like the SA3Rs that used to be on it (in my sig).

Id love to go lower - but its already too impractical. The bodywork is a real mess from grounding out so much. When I get 18s, I will definitely tuck the wheels more

I'd go just gunmetal. Not so much black. They'll disappear.

Check my location bro; theyre pretty easy to get hold of over here! Lots of R33 GTRs swapping their OEM wheels for aftermarket wheels!

Theyre the OEM headlight protectors that came with my car. I just sprayed them black . Im considering selling them, but shipping to the U.S would be quite expensive.

Looks good man! I want a set of those wheels too. I wouldn't paint them if I were you. They look great as-is. You just have to go a little lower (especially in the front) and you'll be set.

If your looking to get a roof spoiler I'd advise against the origin lab unless you own a civic hatch. Gp sports makes an awesome subtle one that is one of the best looking roof spoilers I've seen on a kouki besides a few other options from Japan

Thanks for the suggestion. Got any pics of the GP Sports one? I just got a great quote on a Origin Lab one!
