not sure what turbo it is....i assume its the rb25 upgrade turbo...since it bolted up perfectly. I bought it used off a ka-t.

Intec is cool, nice guys, I only did a few pulls, no tuning. but they are very good in that field as well. I would reccomend them.

Because a cookie-cutter ROM/chip is not a tune? Carl sets up the parameters for MAFS and injectors and stuff with a good safe tune to make the car run well, but every engine is different and if he were to try sell a prepackaged tune to everyone based off tuning one guy's engine, he'd be blowing up alot of engines. (Same is true for the JWT/Enthalpy ECU's.)

Edit: Nice numbers.

Very nice numbers!

What's with the freak out at 5k rpms? Seems to be consistant across all three runs.

exactly......

The blip at 5k actually caused a fireball....we took some fuel out at 5k rpm and it helped reduce the blip and stopped the fireball, so there is definately something to fix, but overall i am pretty happy with the car. I killed a nice *** 350z on the freeway the night before, so i fugured i was making pretty good power

Kinda lame the dyno didn't have a wideband O2 readout for ya. That woulda helped out alot.

Those numbers look great for stock cams. If you could find out more about that turbo I'm sure I'm not the only one that's curious about the size.

Is your CAS or MAF freaking out at that 5k blip? Thats the only two things I could think of that would make just a blip, have any friends you could swap out known good parts with?

thanks carl. The guys think there may be some bad or missing timing values there, or possibly waay to much fuel there. We took a little fuel out with the safc, and it helped a bit.

The intercooler piping only requires a 3" hole just about at the batter tray. It just nicks it a little. Not too tough. As for the heat wrap, I dont know if its doin much, but it can't hurt.

i had a couple dips like that in my graph... you could hear the car missing too when it did it.... i bumped a little timing into it and it cleaned right up.

about 3-4 degrees

Are your coilpacks fine? My car would hardly rev over 5k, taped up the coilpacks and it helped.

Where is the turbo starting to make some real boost (read 6lbs or more) looking at the graph about 4K? My set up is very close to yours with the exception of 550cc injectors, and a full 3in exhaust (having to guess on your turbo size). Nice power...
