The manifold you speak of, is something along the RevHard manifold, correct? I've only seen it on a very few websites...But I'm sure it can be made to work... Here's a tip that I've 'heard' and not tried..You can put a washer, or two behind one side of the brake master. You put them behind the bolt that is closest to the inside of the car. Towards the passenger side of the master. This will 'point' the master a bit away from the manifold.Again, I've only heard that people do it. I've not personally done it...

Wouldn't do that, but you can tilt the motor by adding a hockey puck or two under that side. There are a few threads on this, search for hockey puck. You can also use an on-center turbo, which is what it's actually designed for.

This is On-Center

This is tangential

The treadstones can be used either as top or bottom mount manifolds.

If you have the ability to run it bottom mount, i think the only issue is that if you have a t04 compressor housing you might have to grind a little material off the engine mount bracket, i'm pretty sure the straight t3 would fit fine bottom mount.

idk, i just got one for a good price the other day. Now i gotta wait till i get the rest of my turbo stuff to put it in.

This isn't some ebay chinese manifold. This is a sturdy, cast iron manifold. While the design may limit the type of turbo you can use, I don't see anything "cheap" about it.

Treadstones a solid manifold for sure, it wont ever give you any problems except the ones your having now. Also its not a cheap one either..
