Ok well im working on taking out my OLD P/S Hose the main one ( Leaking )and well the only way really to get it off that i know of is to take this HUGE Silver Hose off, so i did, and while doing that LIKE A HIGH PRESSURE Air started flowing out so idk what i did wrong or if i did something wrong.someone take a look at my VID to show you what HOSE im talking about.and help me with what not to do.



Like :

If that high air pressure comes out. Can I drive it?or is it not safe?

Cause i need to get it to a shop and get my clutch in.thanks

and if anyone can give me tips on how to get the darn P/S hose off PLEASE TELL ME!!!its hard and annoying to get off.

ok i think i fixed the link thing, but i did ur tutorial but it wasn't helpful to me. i needed more detailed pics, like knowing were the screws are i couldnt find em in my car.

but now i have a sorta bigger problem knowing what that BIG Silver hose is.

thats your a/c hose that you took offnot your p/s an yes you can drive it like that justno more ac for you

I still cant see the link but if you opened up the a/c system, close it up as soon as possible. you already let moisture and air in but you should minimize this. also , you dont want dirt inside the a/c system. you will have to have all the air and moisture vacuumed out by professional. and new gas. youll need a new filter too.

lol i knows its not the PS hose lol silly i was asking what it was and why it made a loud hissing noise when i took it off .will this kinda thing cost me a lot to regas it and vacuum the air out or what ever?

I think it will cost quite a bit. You probably need new oil too. Dont try running the compressor. The best thing is to get it vacuumed asap because moisture will destroy the compressor. vacuuming means pumping out all air so you have a near perfect vacuum.
