Headlight Removal Guide?

Ok so I got a set of 2007 headlights off ebay.. I need to swap out the 2003 lights for the 2007 lights. Do I have to take the bumper off to change out the lights?

is there a walkthrough on bumper removal/headlight removal??

*ALSO* I would like a walkthrough on how to get the headlights open so that I can install Angel Eyes (And maybe quad projectors)

Homemade angel eyes ? or an Ebay version ? ... removing the headlights --- some people just say take off the bumper and remove the screws\ clips .. for the headlight itself its held on by adhesive and clips .. just be careful and use a heat gun to losen the glue
