I was like . I thought she was getting me something for the car, or a check towards the new engine... but no, I got a f**king vacuum cleaner. A six f**king hundred dollar vacuum cleaner. She was like "Honey look, I got you the ball, it's the animal version".... She was so excited it was like she expected my reaction to be the same as if she strolled home with an LS7 for me. I couldn't piss in her cheerios, so I smiled and acted all spiffy happy. Hoo rah!

Granted, that damn thing cleaned the hell out of our carpets, but it sure wasn't an engine.

Kirby's FTW. We've had 2 of them since I was born in 86. We bought another one at least 5 years ago, but prolly more idk. The Kirby guy gladly took the old one with him. And I think this one will last forever. We have bags and belts to last a LONG time.

Wow I just got excited about a vacuum cleaner...

Is that a Dyson?

The only way I know this is because my girlfreind has rich grandparents with one, and everytime we go in Sears she talks about how she wants one when we get a house.

What she doesn't know is there will be NO carpet in my house!

my mom is friggin ocd for cleaning... she owned a Rainbow for a long time... probably 2+ years ago it crapped the bed and she got that same vacuum.

and she hates it.

for $600, you could probably get a cheap one and higher a maid for a few weeks.

Listen to this man unless it turns out shes pulling a prank on you and she gives you your real present on fathers day.

She just better not complain when you pull a $600 prank on her before mothers day.

LOL, sorry man. My parents just bought a Dyson around Xmas, purple model as well, and we love it, works pretty dang well, a lot better than our "SUPER" Hoover we had prior, which wasn't old at all.

If I found out my wife dropped 600 bones on a vacuum cleaner, I'd probably have to come upside her head, or force her to do something in the sheets she's never wanted to do before.

Hey baby, since you're so into cleaning, how about I clean your brown eye, kthx.

Vacuuming is one of my tasks. She has some shoulder problems, so she can't do it. And yes, my house is like a hospital/museum. It is immaculately clean.

Yes. Parts for the 300zx.

No, it is not a prank, she was for real.
