I'm at my car in my apartment parking on my sidekick posting this...I got stances basics and they didint come with camber plates and pillowballs, so enjuku sent them to me seperately.

First question, is the camber adjustment for the front suposed to be on the bottem? Cus mine are on the bottem

2. I put a ****load of grease on my pilowball but its not moving veery easily like the stock one does.... is it suposed to be like that?

3. Is the pillowbal suposed to have a little play? Like... not stay vertical at a 90degree angke with the rest of the coil?

the factory chamber adjustment is on the struts, the two bolts that attach the struts to the spindle. If you have Pillow Ball upper mounts set chamber to 0 (or as close to using the factory adjustment) and finalise chamber with the pillow ball

it really shouldn't take any grease to move the UPBM, i have a set of the Cusco coilovers (Zero-R) and i have no problem adjusting them, as long as the front of the car is lifted so the suspension is unloaded.

as far as your last question, once the UPBM is torqued there really shouldnt be any play as long as the adjustment bolts are tight...

Same. I have never heard anyone say bad things about stance. Maybe he's just a hater.

Uh, the camber adjustment should be on the top, did you install them upside down?

1. New pillow ball joints take some time to break in, then they will move much more freely.

2. No, pillow ball joints shouldn't have "play", they are designed to rotate and move around though.

I don't think stance sucks, I just said that to get your attention. I highly doubt I installed anything upside down, the camber adjustment thing is on the bottem of the strut. So its normal for the upbm to not be so smooth at first. The stance basics come with rubber mounts, so does anyone else have the basics that have the camber adjustment yupside down?

same here, I think he may be referring to eccentric bolts on the upper bolt hole on the coil over bracket?

i have the GR+ pro's also. although ive not driven my car with power steering yet. and i never drove it with the stock suspension. hahahaha, but so far i have nothing to complain about. only having driven about 100 miles on them, they're stiff, but i dont feel like my car comes off the ground. the rebound is really nice.

Sorry I meant to say that they were suposed to come with pillowballs and camberplates, but I didn't get them, so therefore enjuku sent them to me seperately. The little clicking screw for adjusting the damepening is at the BOTTEM of the strut. Near the floor, facing the ground, not in the center of the pillow ball. What I'm asking is, are the basics SUPPOSED to come like this? Are they suposed to have the dempener at the top or the strut or the bottem? When I say bottem, I mean at the exact opposate end... like a pencil tip to the eraser...

The damper adjust is at the bottom on the front and on top on the rear. This is because the fronts are a inverted monotube shock design.
