It's probably crap, just a resistor that they tell you to splice between 2 wires.

probably somthing like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...QrdZ1

if you read the reviews it's just a 33ohm resistor they they tell you to put iinbetween a wire. and it most likely void your warrenty.
The PE module will make the same adjustment without the high cost of replacing the complete ECU. The PE module simply wires into the factory harness of the IAT sensor. The module will work with the sensor to provide a new signal to your vehicles computer, or ECU. The ECU then adjusts your air/fuel and timing advance curves to new performance settings.
In other words, it is just a resistor that makes you run rich. This one is supposedly adjustable. It just tricks the ECU into thinking that it is getting more/colder air, not sure which.

If they said it will give you like 5-10 hp/tq, I MIGHT believe it, but 35? That's like Forced Induction without any internal mods!

Maybe someone will try it for $7.49 off Ebay. If you do, let us know!

Why bother? Hundreds of people on dozens of forums of different kinds of cars have tried this and it has done bupkis.

Save your $7.49 and spend it on a good cheeseburger. You'll have more fun clogging your arteries that worrying about what a schmuck you were.

A GOOD CHEESEBURGER! True!

Hey Ever Victorious, maybe if the cheese burger is hot enough, it'll make your V faster rushing to get home to eat it!
