...which harness?

Really, it should be as easy as locating all your wires, cutting them and splicing on extra lengths to get the harness where you want it.

He's talking about relocating the main harness that runs at the top of the driver's side fender well. There is a decent how-to on it floating around...try google.

Coming from the front of the car, to the firewall. I believe that you can run it along the driver side frame, then run it through the hole between the master cylinder and the upper fender( you should see a plug that runs into the master cylinder, just follow it back). If you take off the driver-side fender you will see the triangular hole that I am talking of.

Take off the fender, unplug the big white plug under the driver side kick panel, and also unplug the connectors going to the steering column. Pull out and reroute the harness through the engine bay, and plug everything back in.You don't need to cut anything, except maybe trimming the white plug, so it fits through the triangular hole to the engine bay.

There's no fees if you're sending money that's in your Paypal account.Unless they changed it up recently, I wouldn't know because I'm pretty baller now that I have a debit card.

you can relocate the wiring harness further up in the fender well without taking the fender off. thats a little overboard.

its kinda hard to see but i did both sides in the fenders... on the passenger side you get a bunch of extra wire length that i just balled up with zip ties. looks pretty good too. i also ran the injector harness through the intake manifold, cleans the motor up a lot too... plus a welder and a little bondo go a long way with the million extra holes left around. i didnt go too crazy though.
