I've been trying to find some flares for the S13, so far just the crappy ebay universal ones and the JUN $400 ones

yeah thats why I dont care too much for most flares......

but when they are done right they look good, I say right I'm talking about molding them in... rivet to body, then fiberglass/bondo it up.... so it looks more clean..

honestly the only ones I like in this thread are the whole fender(widebody stuff)

I want black rivet on flares so damn bad. I may get some 15mm spacers just so I don't have to wait for new wheels.

To me all flares are the same. He has those rivet flares that you could get anywere. The reason its so nice and smooth and why you cant see the rivets is because he molded them to the QPs.

EDIT: Plus he probably got a $6000+ paint job; thats were doing bodywork right will get you.

thanks, how much did they cost you? and do they make the stick se alloys sink in deep? i'm not aware if 50 mm makes a huge difference

I got them from a guy who ordered them and decided he wanted 30 mm.. I paid 300. 50mm does make the stocks sink in bad...but I plan on some 17x10's

anyone have experience with eb@y widebody fenders/overlays

i've seen some listings from r@ceonusa, they look like they have rivet indentations so you can cover the rivets. they look nice from the pics

When buying rivet on flares, its all about the body work rather then the actual pieces. Quality of the flare isnt as much of an issue as skill of the person putting them on. So to answer your question, they will be fine as long as you have a some-what professional installing them.
