Ok, I suck at Photoshop but this should give you an idea of what I'm thinking of replacing my back seat with. It will basically be shaped just like the rear seat only all flat surafaces instead of bucket shaped and it will have the form fitting box in the middle. If I do it, I'll cover all of it with some foam covered in fake leather or felt.

The hump in the middle will contain a 10" subwoofer. I think this will actually look cleaner than the stock seats.

BTW, the tikiboat in my avitar was built by me from the pontoons up.

Opinions?

Not planning on putting anyone back there.

It will be shaped just like the seats only made of flat surfaces and with a form fitting sub box in the middle.

Like I said, I suck at photoshop so some imagination is required.

You guys honestly can't tell what that is. It's like a church pew style back seat with a wedge shaped sub box in the middle.

is that carbon fiber?

are you even able to sit in those things, or would they break.

if you can't even sit in them, might as well just not have anything back there.

Mine would work just like that but be flat and would have a wedge shaped sub box in the middle.

I'm not trying to make a seat - I'm trying to bring the sub box into the compartment and make the rest storage / seat recline space.

Honestly I think mine will look 10X better than that one. And it will boom.

yea me too, that was my first thought. minus the sub...hmm, a cop w/ a sub in the back seat. that'd be cool.but yeah, i uh "also" had a friend who was a cop...yeahand that's exactly what the back seats are like; flat, hard, and washable...not carbon fiber though.

i was doing a streetfair out here in san jose and the cops were helping us with closing the streets, well one thing led to another and the cops offered to let us ride in their cars, well me and my buddy justin couldent resist. first trip justin sat in back and the cop took it nice and easy, but the second trip..... well, Im 6'4" and their isnt mutch leg room in the fully done patrol cars, that on top of the plastick seat and how the cop took intense pleasure in taking the corners at a good speed for a F1 car ended with me having a few bruises and a good story to tell . if i could i would do it all over again, it was damn fun!
