Id assume VA is one of the only places you can really get away with having a skyline. This state really does not give a damn

your wrong, depends on what part of VA you are in, there are actually very very strict emissions laws in parts of VA. In Northern Va you have to pass a emissions test, it was a ***** trying to get my SR passed. Id assume VA and FL are 2 of the only places you can really get away with having a skyline. Those 2 states really dont give a damn ..god im glad i moved here!!! It would have been a beotch trying to pass Connecticut emissions with my sr20!
