I just finished mine yesterday. The wiring was a piece of cake. I installed H1's 12000k HID bulbs. The angel eyes are a blue color. The one's it came with were not bright so I installed led 194 bulbs. The only problem was the fender. I used rubber molding to take up gapsand it looks good. I also cut the lens. No bondo. If anyone wants to see them just holler.

driving to Austin is far enuf.. Its taking me a year to figure out when im going to drive to pflugerville or round rock. I have ppl i need to see out there. And thats like a 3 hrs drive. But then again... if im guaranteed some angel eyes, i think ill drive all the way to canada for them. :-P

how are the angel eyes secured to the body of the car? it looks like the tabs and bold holes aren't in the same locations.

The tabs need to be cut and moved. I epoxyed them in place with bracketsthat I fabed. The hood won't shut if you don't move them.I am putting the finishing touches on the lights. I decided to go with a purple 194 led for the angel eye's to match the car. I'm waiting for shipment. The H1's HID's are blinding! they light up the whole street and the tree tops!

Be patient! I will post up when the mod is totally complete.I am very pleased with the results so far. It changes the whole look of the front.

It doesn't fit any worse than the fog light.

Seriously, it looks good. Lighter colors will have a harder time making them look OEM. Black, dark red, Purple, Green, and dark blue will have it much easier.

Give us some side shots, and top shots with the hood closed.

Total was $290 and I haven't converted the high beams to silverstars yet, so $330 totally done. Buy the ones that I linked at the top, they look nice and are cheap. Also, I live in Alabama right now, that might be closer. But I swear ANYONE can do this, its SO easy.

I like the concept, I really do. But there is no way I would put lights on the car that fit that poorly. Just my 2 cents.

don't be too quick to judge, they aren't even done yet

They will look very oem once I have the corners bondo'd and painted

Well, it is rather a Frankenlamp, and I don't see how bondo will help.

Now if the fender and hood could be reformed.....

But it would still be cheaper to get the clear lens JDM and retro fit the Valeos into them.
