Anyone know where i can get the rb26 N1 engine at a good price. thanks.

Those two things dont even go together. You shouldnt even mention RB26 N1 and good price in the same day.

i have heard that you can get them for about 7500$ yes its expensive but i am selling an old cadillac that should get me more than halfway there.

now wait there is a website that sells JDM motors that I found awhile back that was selling RB26 N1 crate motors I'll try to dig it up and let you know.

once i get the engine i found a company that makes a swap kit for a g35. other than the cost of the engine i dont think its gonna cost much more than maybee 3500$.

feel like giving me a breakdown of cost. just curious, maybee there are expenses i did not think of.

I havent seen too many I6s dropped into the G35/Z33 engine bay. But everyone I have seen has had a custom firewall. Depending on who you take it to, the custom metal work and mounting brackets could eat up 3500.

7500 for a crate N1 engine? not bad considering a tomei, mines, etc... will cost 10K or more

are you talking about james evans at j/e import performance?that 650whp rb26 g35 that they did was badass, and they said he didnt smash the firewall and it was on pump gas....

Hear is a site that sells them, but they only have one left in stock right now. Your only getting a long bare engine for $15000. It is a R33 N1 engine.

even if i dont get the N1 engine and i get an rb26 used, is there a way i can pick an engine that would avoid the crank collar issue. maybe a certain year or something. thanks

late model R32 and newer such as R33 and R34.
