My sunroof stopped being able to open fully. I am able to pop it, but even that does not seem to pop up all the way and then set back correctly. The slide feature also stopped working all together. Anybody with experience on this?

Try this:Keep car off. Relay near driver side kick panel. If you can't find it turn car on. Flip sunroof switch till you hear the relay. Once you've found it, turn car off. Unplug relay. Turn car on. Turn car off. Plug relay back in Sunroof should work. That easy, even though my instructions seem complicated.

If not that then try this:just press the "tilt forward" button until you hear a click....problem fixed

If that still doesn't work try:1. Close your sunroof all the way. 2. Turn off your car.3. Disconnect your battery.4. Turn on your lights, and step on your brakes. Do it like 10 times. (You are basically draining the system.)5. Hook up your battery.6. Tilt your sunroof up, then back down.7. Pull back on the slide lever. It should be fixed.

It's basically like rebooting your computer.

Good luck!!!

If you are talking about the auto open/close function, then use the manual button to make absolutely sure it is 100% closed. There is a position where the SR will look closed until you use the manual button and it will "finish up". Without being fully closed the auto function won't work.

Coincidently I've got the same problem too (like gettin my engine replaced wasn't bad enough, and my power steering pump, clutch,....ah!). So I can't wait to try it out and use my sunroof again. But i was thinkin the same thing. Its an automatic slide open/close button. What manual button? And in the instructions givin by beancooker he says the "tilt forward" button, is he talkin about the button that tilts the window open, or the auto slide button to close it?

There is the slider and the buttons. Slider on the left and buttons on the right. The buttons simply make the sunroof "popup" in back. If these have been pressed and the sunroof is not all the way closed (down position), the slider controls won't work.

By 'relay' do you mean the circuit breaker? What side of the drivers area is it on, left or right, the circuit breaker is on the left, and there are some fuse blocks on the right. Thanks in advance.>B<

I’m new with the forum and having a problem with my sunroof. I’ve tried to reset but no luck – seems like there is no power to the switches. Are there relays or fuses I can change out?
