Nissan USA won't want to know you either. I don't know if you can use seals from US version vert. If you post pic that would be nice to identify what you need. Some seals are not available at all.

Yeah, pictures of your car would be awsome. I'm a huge fan of white 240/Silvia verts. I just love look of JDM vert especially rear window area. Somehow, Bottom of rear window where it meets the trunk looks very sporty to me both when top is up and down. On the other hand, USDM vert rear window area looks boring and plain.

I wonder...if I took out the top put in from ASC and somehow by miracle got a JDM top...would the installation be possible or would it require custom work?

Have you seen how BMW 3 series convertible top works? That's exactly how JDM Silvia vert top works. 240 vert top goes down and that's it, but rear shelf works as a boot cover on Silvia vert, so it lifts upward, top goes down and covers the top. Looks very clean like this. Same as having a built in boot cover.

from the pics I've seen with top up, down, and removed, the whole rear structuve of the cars are completely different and the mechanisms are different I would seriously doubt that any seals would be compatible and I don't think it would be an easy conversion to go from one to the other.
