So i got a knock off chinese bad casting greddy im. It's off to the polishing shop tomorrow and hell i might even chrome the outside if the polish isn't what i want it to look like. If you guys want pics of the inside and outside. I'll be more than glad to show anyone. Looks descent. Just poor casting. Can not beat $250 for manifold plus 150 for smoothing it out and polish.

The request is for the installation guide and hardware call out. Went to the greddy site and could not locate one. By the way i did get a new intake gasket from b&e.

Don't hate cause i'm cheap!

Don't let it fool you. There is left over silica and many rough spots throughout the manifold. Simply put. It's needs some sanding to smooth out the rough spots. But if you look at both the greddy and this one they are exactly alike. I have yet to find any discrepancies between the both. Such as moved vaccum ports or any of the sensors that are on there.

Awesome. Even tho I will probably never need one I'm interested to see the comparison and overall impressions of the knock off. Are they still for sale on ebay ?

as i know of yes. I'm going to be the test bunny on this one. This is bought secondhand off someone on ebay. The guy that bought it was not at all impressed and sold it due to a car wreck or selling his vehicle as he stated. Anyhow, $250 plus $20 to my door. I couldn't pass it up. Tust me when i say this it's not at alll nice like the greddy or RIPS or even the top hat intake manifold. It's a replica that needs to be touched up. I'm sure the rest of them will come with the same problems. Still looks great though.

ok.. wtf. I called a couple of shops and i was told that they could not get a hold of the hardware because it was sold as a kit with the mainfold.

DOES ANYONE HAVE THE INSTALLATION GUIDE?

ok who ever wants to buy one of these stay clear unless you are one bad *** sander. The more i take off the more fine holes and bondo or filler. it has deep small imperfections. pics to come tonight. been hitting it with 80grit and it's still just getting some of the imperfections out.

So i've got it allmost all the way down past the holes and pits. Anyhow, man it's alot of work. I think i'm gonna have it powder coated or chromed to see if it will fill and cover all the blemishes

SPEC AND TECH? can not find it on here.

Got 3 Pics of this damn thing. Gents it was alot of work to clean off the paint and sand off the casting sand that covered up the blemishes. Very very poor casting. Manifold is solid though. I can not complain about that. Over all i give it a 75% out of 100% for a IM. I took 3 pics. 1st two will be the aftermath the last will be the cleaned up pic.

Sorry i'm gonna come off like an *** but, if you don't have the money to buy real greddy, don't buy at all. I have no sympathy for people who support straight up knock off ish. Anyways good luck getting all the hardware together. The greddy came with numerous different sized manifold bolts and a lot of different hardware. You also better hope the injector holes and flange were machined correctly so you don't have any leaks

Hey I ain't no baller either I just have the patience to save my money till I have enough to buy quality parts. I have been in plenty of situations before where I tried to cut corners, but ended up spending more money and wasting more time in the long run.

Its been 3 years and my motor is still pretty damn stock.... But I will never cut corners just so I can run another part.

Anyways gl with the manifold and remember to inspect that all the machined areas are good and straight

keep us posted man, if possible take a pic with a straight edge on the flanges to check for flatness. also I was wondering why you didn't just have it sand blasted and painted or just scuffed up and powder coated ?
