I bought a gt28rs from jdm motorz on ebay $390 $10 shipping. after modifying the turbo because it was way out of line on the compressors, I had to modify pretty much all the lines, fittings, intake from filter, hot pipe everything to make it fit. Finally after making it fit I drop it, ran good for 3 months then the bearings went out. Emailed the company after a week they email back and said yes its warrantied for a year send it back to us. I mailed it back to them. UPS had delivery time/date/ and even a signature from a man named brian. However no reply. I emailed for two weeks about once a day no reply. Finally after a few weeks they email me back with a FAKE traking number from fedex. I call FEDEX they have no record of any package that is suposed to be shipped to my address. I email them again again again no reply still no reply. Having to contact a lawyer about the situation. If you know anyone whos going to buy from this company on ebay do not! jdmotorz on ebay is no good.

ive heard of them and ssautochrome. i thought of getting those but after research, i decided not to cuz i found a site that says there stuff is bull****!! also, sports compact has a article about ebays wannabes like the greddy style oil pan, greddy style bov, etc.

Was it really a gt28rs or was it a gt28rs copy. My money is on the copy. It sucks that you got ripped off but you have to know that it's not going to be a genuine part when you are paying that little for it. I hope all goes well for you in the end.

Yeah I knew it was a copy but I figured it would last at least a year since thats what their bogus warranty says

i got a gt28rs from autodynasty and i blew it up in 2 days. ran reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllll good and strong but the turbo is made like a piece of ****ing dog ****. and also they have a oil return flange problem and a coolent bolt problem but i got it to work. dont buy this junk . atleast i got my turbo swap down packed in 3 hours

YEP!! AutoDynasty is the same company as jdmmotorz and mine had the same problems, the coolant line was a ***** to keep from leaking, messed with it for a while, finally got my money back from them after reporting them to the bbb and leaving really negative feedback, I hope no one buys from them on here, I figured I'd try but it was a bad idea, I'm rebuilding my stock T25 and puting a T3 housing on the intake. yeah I threatened to turn them into the BBB and sue their *** and they refunded my money So I got my t25 rebuilt and bored out for the same price, think it was a better choice, BUT my stock t25 wastegate wont let me boost above 12 with my blitz boost controller cranked to the max.

I'm really glad you got that resolved. I get so pissed off every time I visit ebay and find crap like this. I feel sorry for everyone who takes the risk.

You might as well replace the wastegate, I would guess the spring could be worn out depending on how old your turbo was. You just rebuilt your turbo, why not?

I'm curious what you mean by "bored out?"
