Go with coilovers. Can't lose with coil overs. I have ground control on my svx, aboslutely amazing. Great feel, in control of where you want to go, rides like a champ. Just my suggestion, of course I denno how they are on 240s... BUT I guess everyone else says...use the pro kit.
Eibach sportline? those are barely any stiffer then stock what dampeners do you have? They shouldn't be bouncy at all, expecialy since there progressive...

And if thats to harsh for fast cornering how are you gonna recommend coilovers which are on average 4x stiffer?
