Well, here's some of the stuff I've been up to... highly recommend roll cages for those with S13 hatches... drives like a new car! Still have to get the other sparco in... but I had to go for a drive tonight to get a feel for the cage.

This isn't got a pic in here of the new water lines... did that a little while ago, so she drives again... RB25 turbo is pretty sweet even on stock RB25 boost. AN fittings are much easier to work with than the stupid stock banjos and crush washers.

So here are some pics:

McMahan Motorsports in Akron OH... just be sure to install your seat first so he can get a good idea for the H-bar shape. I got mine in the night before... brackets are tough to fab up for the S13 driver floor pan... so give yourself some time... unless you want him to do it for you

Maybe I should be.

I'm already on 4 forums religously, I don't know if I could handle one more.

Thanks!

I just had it tech inspected last night... putting it in Super Production since that's about the only place a RB 240 fits...

There is a lot slated here for the next few weeks/months.

Want to put it on the dyno to get a baseline with what I have once I finally set timing...

Next, waiting on my stoptech's to put on my 5 lugs and CE28N's that are sitting in the garage... I expect those sometime this week... maybe next week.

Power FC is sitting here too... got the PFC boost controller too, so that's another dyno session, but I want a baseline first... that'll happen next week or the following.

The final for this stage of things are the TOMEI 270 Pro Cams (lash type) and TOMEI cam gears (timing belt and tensioner change of course... still thinking about replacing the water pump too but haven't ordered it)... then another dyno session

Found a Silvia Aero front bumper in Japan... that should be here in May... so I'll be finally be fulfilling my SN here soon...

Got to love selling your truck to build a racecar... MI insurance is really high compared to NC where I'm from, so I sold it and have a corp lease now... total payment for insurance, maintenance, and lease for my G is less than my payments were for the Pathfinder... I love working for Nissan!

I used 2 summit nickel plated 90's and one 45 (-6)

http://store.summitracing.com/...earch

with 3 AN-6 to 18mmx1.5 converters (98% certainty on the thread sizes... I'll check when I get home)http://store.summitracing.com/...06519

I bought line and put it together myself... not that bad

See the problem im having is that i already have a braided line, both ends are banjo fitting to use the stock banjo bolts. The problem is that, one end of the banjo fitting is to big to wear i dont have enough clearance to put the banjo bolt in. So am i going to need a whole nother line or can i just replace that end that goes into the turbo. This is the only thing holding me back from putting my motor in my car, well that and a crank pulley.

You could first try putting the line on with the turbo off (if the motor is still out...), but if that doesn't work the AN adaptor fittings are really easy to install with the 90 deg fittings, even with the turbo on the motor and in the car

Are the thread pitch the same on the RB20 and RB25 turbo's? I see you have a 20 with a 25 turbo and you just upgraded the line.

I couldn't tell you for sure... I gave the 20 turbo to a buddy of mine who had his old 20 turbo die on him while I was building the car. Maybe someone else on the forum knows for sure...

Did you use the stock turbo lines and banjo bolts on the 25 turbo?
