So for the last 5 months, 21 new VINs were added to the actual convertible registry.

Of the last 18 people to post in this thread
- 7 people actually added their car to the real 240SX convertible registry.
- 3 people weren't able to find and read the VIN off their car.
- 8 people aren't able to read the instructions and add their VIN to the real registry (one twice).

To the three people who put their names down. Umm... Without a VIN, your information is worthless. How do we know it's not a car that hasn't already been registered in the past? This isn't rocket science. Get a pad of paper and a writing utensil. Go outside. Open the door, look in the windshield, open the hood and read the model plate. Copy the VIN from one of those three locations onto the pad of paper using the writing utensil. Then, go back inside and click the link in the first post of this thread. Here it is again:

If you run across one of these cars in a junkyard, GET THE VIN! It would be nice to have a record of the junked cars as well. Those that have entered their cars into the registry may have noticed the "VEHICLE STATUS" option. One of the options there is "DEAD/JUNKED/GONE". This item will help track which cars are off the road for good. It makes the numbers all that much more meaningful. Don't put your name as the owner, add the junkyards name, e-mail (if applicable), and website (if they have one). Also, if you can remember why it appears to be junked (front end collision, roll-over, etc).
