Well, after a 6 month hiatus from my dealer service department (Q warranty ran out), I finally had opportunity to revisit the dealer to get the oil changed and a recall fix done on my new G Coupe.

I was terribly disappointed to learn my long-time service writer, Kenneth, was no longer with the dealership.

I considered leaving and going to another dealership across town until the new service advisor came out to meet me...

ZOWIE!!!!

So if any Phoenix-area locals want to drop in for a visit, Dawn at Midway (who has recently moved here from Atlanta) will take good care of your Infniiti!

Definitely makes going in for routine maintenance a more pleasant experience.

Before anyone starts in with "TTIWWP", I don't think it'd be real feasible (or appropriate) to do so, but I'll ask if it's OK next time I stop in...

I have no idea what this girl from Everything Infiniti parts department looks like but man she knows how to give a guy a good laugh. I was ordering the XM Radio kit for my Titan last week and she asked me and I quote...

"Yeah I got it, you want it....just let me know if you want it and I will give it to you.....(me laughing my a$$ off) so do you want it or not because I can give it to you right now...just let me know"

I told her afterwards that I had dirty thirties thoughts running through my head after asking me if I wanted it and she got a laugh out of it also. Helped making the $285 payment for the XM kit a little more enjoyable.

She sounded nice, but in my past experiences, those gals that sound nice on the phone, usually tip the scales at 300+...
