Feb. Meet?

Well its been a long time since we have had a meet in the central area... the louisville guys have already had a decent start, as the chicago guys have too...

Id like to have another meet sometime, which will likely be in indy, unless some Cincy guys wanna get something together down there, im not against doing that...

Lets start throwing ideas out, at this point itd likely be at hte end of Feb....

I would zip up to Indy for a meet, so long as it's not just strokin' egos and lookin' at each other's #@%$. Maybe a track day at IRP? Either the roundyround or the strip. Anything other than sitting in a parking lot.

BAH! I keep forgetting they close down in the winter. Here in Knoxville we get to drag all year round. If it's 38* or warmer, track's open.

I'm so ready for a meet! I'm stuck in the boon-docks and there's no car-scene here! I'll be in Bowling Green, KY the weekend of the 17th, which will probably be the only time for a few months that I'll be making the 6-hr drive. I'll be there until Monday afternoon (Columbus Day). Let me know if this lights a fire under anyone's butt. It's kinda short notice, but hey at least I'm trying.

Yeah yeah, I'm driving to Indy. I want nothing to do with the "putting together" of anything. Totally willing to participate though... Bowling, drinking, whatever... As long as I don't have to stand around outside.

So are we looking at this coming weekend or the weekend of the 25th? I'm saying carts at Fast Times and bowling next door at Woodland. Sunday the 26th probably works best for me.

Next Sunday, first Sunday in March at Fast Times, 96th and Keystone in Indy, 1pm. After that, we will go next door to the bowling alley and commence bowling/beer drinking.
