I dont have an s14, so I only know how to do it for an s13. I did my wife's interior, you can just kind'a tug on the panel till it comes off. You shouldnt need to take the panel off, just all the plastic/screws on there. Use a screw driver and GENTLY pry it off. You might just pull off the upholstry part and leave a vinyl part on there, or you might take the whole thing off.... either way it'll work. Stick it back onto the door panel with some 3M adhesive spray - LIBERALLY

Any pictures ratedR? I picked up a spare set of door skins and have been toying with the idea of redoing them. What kind of fabric did you use and how did it come out?

This response is from the "RIDE OF THE MONTH"

The interior is easy.I pulled out the original cloth inserts and used them as templates on the Pooh fabric, the headliner I just trimme out on the peice. A coupl of cans of spray adhesive and a small roller to work the fabric into the contours and done.

Took a while, but I got the pics.....I liked how it turned out, the car does really look good w/ a black interior.

Dont mind the black stuff on the white interior door panel, its been a while since I cleaned it for the wife. AND the wife is pregnant, so she cant clean it herself at the moment.....

How did you do the roof? Just put new cloth over it with adhesive spray?

I was going to do it that way, but I read the can and it said UPHOLSTERY AND VINYL. So I just started spraying the headliner w/ the Duplicolor interior spray (has to say upholstery and vinyl on it) and it absorbed in. I should've used a brush to promote adhesion and bonding to the headliner and carpet, but I was in a rush

I used 3M adhesive, and put nice real black leather on the insert. Make sure you tuck the edges in using a flathead screwdriver, and it should look rather nice. (I was tempted to get gator skin, how sick would that look!?)

Im gonna get some black vinyl, or leather type material from walmart or a craft store and use adhesive in place of the old seat material stuff.
