Now i know im not the only idiot that accidentally broke off my oil feed line to my turbo, I've done it recently. I searched and searched, for someone that make an stainless steel line for it and my findings where to be, to have a custom one made. Now after searching and searching for someone that can make them, i found a couple places that can make them but its finding a banjo fitting to go on each end. Well i have found a soultion to all who have had this same problem. If there is a local German performance shop in your area, ask them for a Audi A4 stainless steel oil feed line. Fits stock banjo bolts and are actually the same size as the RB20's banjo bolt size. Now if you loose the copper gasket, just go to a Audi dealership and ask them for one for there turbo oil feed lines. Pretty good upgrade, the hole in the banjo bolt fitting are actually bigger.

I am actually using an audi AN banjo on my braded line... picked it up from ATP. Glad to know there is a more straight forward way to do it... how's the length on that line?

my custom made adapter will allow you to bolt on braided oil feed lines and direct fit to the port on the block. look at the picture, it's similar to that.

fits all rb's and sr's

Fittings like that are everywhere, just do some searching for AN fittings. I like to look at Baker Precision Parts' site because you can see the details of each fitting. Summit and several other places sell this stuff too.

I custom made these adapters-- to specifically fits onto the metric size thread on the RB bock.

you might think it looks like any out there, but they are not-- go ahead and do the search all you want. there's none specifically made to fit the oil outlet port on the RB & SR block. once again, mine is custom made--not a standard off-the-shelf product.

The length of the line is the same length as the stock, maybe a lil longer. Cant really tell cause mine is all bent up and everything. I just needed to share this info because it was a ***** for me to try and get this line and lucky one of my buddies that own's a Passat, went to a German tuning shop and i found it was able to fit.

Bostsfed, it will be nice for you to make that line because i there is going to be alot of people needing this upgrade. But for anyone waiting for his lines to get going the line i have should do just fine.
