Cracked Sr20det rockerarm guides need help finding source to find parts.

I have a redtop and I'm snapping the rockerarm guides, does anyone have the same problem when they rebuild their SR? I also need to know if anyone knows were i can get some rockeram guides if possible.

You have rocker arms, shims, and the lash adjuster.

If you are breaking the shims, then you more than likely didn't re-adjust the lash on the engine properly.

You can buy them from Nissan, but you will need to know how thick they are before you order.

Cool, the items that are breaking were from my old motor , suffered slight over heating ,( drifting in high RPM's)

I have called Nissan dealer they are getting some for me, from nissan sentra sr20de. motor. us same as det motor

what are the specs for the lash, is there a link to some specs?
