HOW MUCH DOES A STOCK 240 WEIGH???

I was just wondering how much a stock fastback would weigh? I've heard around 2800lbs...could be wrong so if you know i'd like to know. thanks

yeah probobly around there, like 2700 - 2800 lbs, depending on some of the optional equip i suppose.

For real people, when did you lose the ability to do even the most minor bits of research? There are TONS of sites out there that list specifications for used cars. Look, 2 seconds and I got the curb weight for a standard hatch from edmunds

And just so you don't ask, it DOES have the weight for the SE, the vert, the coupes in both trims, and S14's in all trims. So, for the sake of my sanity, just look it up.

Edmunds says the SE weighs ~100lbs less than the STD. I have an SE aren't they the ones with all the options? How could they weigh less?

My 89 hatch weighed in at 2748, the kid that had the car before me had it weighed. Mine is the base model so no power anything, no sunroof.

2700 is kinda on the heavy side for small I4 coupes, at least compared to integras/civics and whatnot. Howver, it is very light for a rear wheel drive car, and is one of the lightest excluding the miata and things like the lotus elise. Its all relative though.

Recycling center. They have scales to weigh your car with newspaper in it. Then they weigh the car alone and take the difference.
