I think I remember in the car mags, before Infiniti came out that the Infiniti logo was going to be the infinity symbol. The sideways 8. I think they made a better choice.

Good stuff. I love the Infiniti logo. Simple, and yet instantly recognizable, and as noted below, it always entailed a lot of meaning in a simple form.
