Been doing some work on the wheels I bought. Sorry about the poor picture quality, I have the crappiest digi cam ever. Enjoy

BEFORE

AFTER

They aren't finished yet, I need to do more work on the lips and the rest of the wheels, the spokes are done. BTW these are 3 piece 17x7 and 17x8s

I see you've taken the disc out for freshening. What torque spec will you use to retighten and who will true them for you.New multi-piece disc wheels are most often machine pressed into place to tolerances of .005" or less.Be ye careful!

i just purchased some 2 piece enkeis, and im going to fully polish them. i was wondering about taking the center off the wheel. is there a special way they go back together? if there is, then im not gonna take them all the way apart. do you think i would be able to leave just a few bolts on without touching them, and taking all of them out but like 7 or so. just so it would be easier to get up in there and do a good job.

Looks excellent! What kind of paint did you use? Is it the Duplicolor Bronze?

the before pic is of the wheel that was in the best condition, the other three had paint chipping off the spoke. They had to be repainted or something. Figured I would try something bronze, I am not a huge fan of silver wheels. To each his own though.

I do like the look..Color scheme is nice, and bold polished lips never disappoint.

Strangely enough I have to agree.

I would take what Smith said into consideration about putting them back together...wheels are a big deal (however, this is coming from the person who dangerously installed ebay harness' into his car)They do look fantastic with the refurbising.

thoes are 3 piece? i thought they were 2. oh well.

you should probably take thoes somwhere to have them put back together, its very possible that they will leak air, and as smithsr already mentioned, be off balance.
