Anybody know the inlet and exhaust valve diameter for 1990-93 VH45?

And also ...

Intake Valve opening angle BTDC
Intake Valve closing angle ABDC
Exhaust Valve opening angle BBDC
Exhaust Valve closing angle ATDC
Intake Valve Lift
Exhaust Valve Lift

Need this information for new exhaust manifold design

Lift = 9.9mm
Duration = 248°
IVO 0° BTDC IVC 68° BTDC
38mm diameter

Ex:
Lift = 9.9mm
Duration = 248°
EVO 60° BBDC ECV 8°ATDC
32mm diameter

Think that's right, but it's from memory. Sure someone will correct it if not!

what sort of power canm you make on a stock VH45 (stock internals) with twin turbo with out too much trouble

i hear 600 hp is a very attainable number with stock internals and simple twin turbo set up.
