stupid drunk drivers. look what they did to my friendS cars.

so heres the sad story, it was 2 a.m. and me and my friends were at my friend's house watching a movie when all of a sudden we heard sirens growing loud and heard sreeching sounds and den a huge crash. we got so scared and ran away from the wall because we literally thought a car was going to crash through the wall. we then heard my friend's car alarm. he was like OMG MY CAR. we ran outside and jumped the wall to see that a Yukon (it's an suv) hit the front end of my friends integra and flipped it to hit my friend's infiniti G20. the illegal immigrant tried to run away and climbed my friend's tool shack and the cops got him and started punching him like crazy because he kept resisting. they finally got him and he kept saying "i go back i go back" he had no license and the car was most likely stolen. once again he was drunk. so my friend's have only one way insurance. the integra is totaled while the G20 has a lot of dents. how can a car flip u say? well the intersection was a T and the drunk driver tried to make the sharp turn but couldnt make it so he hit my friend's parked car on the street. (hit his driver front) causing it to flip completely backwards. and of course here are pictures.

WOW! Glad you got pics. One way insurance is liability only? Hopefully whoever owns the Yukon is insured. I think the policy is tied to the vehicle, not the driver.

One of my mother's friends lost her husband a couple of years ago when he was hit head on by a drunk driver. The drunk driver lived. He was given a slap on the wrist and had his license revoked for a little while. I hate drunk drivers. They're on my ultimate hate list. They get virtually no punishment, and cause so much damage and havok, and ruin lives beyond number. The way I see it, anyone caught driving drunk should be shot. Period. Kill them now. Save countless innocent lives later.

i was always under the assumption drunk driving isn't tolerated at all. atleast in california. my next door neighbor was replacing a flat tire on the side of the highway when a drunk 20 year old girl mistakenly took a highway onramp at 80 mph....which happened to be my neighbors emergency lights. he went flying over 4 lines of highway and ended up in a coma for a month. the doctors said if he survived he wouldn't be able to walk/talk/or do anything normal again. luckily he pulled out of it and the District Attorney went after the 20 year old drunkard with a vengeance. my neighbor eventually got a million dollar settlement and the girl got 20 years in prison. morale of the story: DON'T DRIVE DRUNK!

Damn straight. I hate drunk drivers with a passion too, here in DE (until the past few years) DUI's were rampant, you could just check the DUI sign they have outside the police stations to see how many there were in the year. You would think that illegal immigrants would have the sense to stay sober and not steal cars so they wouldn't have to go back.

i dont know about other states but PA is really strict on DUI as well. and if you were to get into an accident and kill someone while drunk it is consideered vihicular homicide. you are lookin at a lot of time.

on a better note, the integra guy is finally going to get a 300z. the integ was his sister's car. so now hes going the nissan way =)
