well i think my s13 is totalled, me my friend and my gf were all going on a drive and came to a blind turn, and some drunk came flying and slamed in to the driver side of my car...my friend(he was driving) hurt his leg, and cut his ear with a fragment of mirror, i was in the pass. seat my neck hurts, and i got a cut on my forehead from glass/plastic, and my gf who was in the back is perfectly fine...but my car on the other hand thats a different story, when the police came and gave the guy a breathalizer(not sure if thats spelled right) he blew a 0.2, the legal limit in WV is 0.08...i just got my sr20 in and im not about to get rid of it cuz of this...if its totalled ill have another s13 or s14 with the sr...ill have pics posted later on today... ****ing drunk drivers

thats sucks. I hope everything works out for you. Maybe you get a better 240sx and then you can drop your SR20 in there and be even happier down the road.

of course, but its a lot of work and i think i might turbo the 1.6 engine. but thats enough of thread jacking.

People need to learn that their mistakes effect more ppl than just themselves.

Dam that sucks. Glad you and your friend are alright. My guess would be get a lawyer and get all the money you can for your next car.

Get everything you can out of that succer. I hope he had ins. (so you are able to). Drunk drivers make me sick, people like that may as well kill themselves at home instead of potentially taking other people out with them when they get behind the wheel. Your car will be considered totaled if it costs more to repair it than the vehicle is worth. And S13's aren't worth much, but definitely you should buy it back.

Just kidding. But you definitely have to get a lawyer. I hate harming others in any way, but he has to pay for his stupid mistakes.

You got hurt, lost your car, and also lost all that hard work that you have on your vehicle.

Make sure to get it back. No more, no less.

Sue to the full extent of insurance. For most policies, this ranges between $250,000-$500,000.

If you can, take the guy's personal property. He deserves it. If a drunk driver ever hit me, he better have a guardian angel, because I'm related to way too many lawyers.
