Does the turbonator work?

Has anyone bought the turbonator on-line. It seems like a good investment for the price. I haven't done much research on it, but I know that it connects to your intake and is powered by the battery when you floor the gas pedal. Has anyone tried it, and does it really give you up to 35 hp?

Would you want to take the chance of sticking a cheap little fan in your intake and having it fly apart and sucked into your intake?

Search, most NICO members have commented on the Turbonator one time or another.

we had google pull the first turbonator ad, in the google ads bar above.

Maybe we need to ask them again, as it actually shows up on top of our site again..

lol, you guys actually asked them to take the ad for that thing down???if someone wants to buy it without researching....let them. its a free market

Dude the thing does not work. this guy in a 330ci with a turbonator and exhaust once tried to race my bone stock 330i 4 door. he had no chance i beat him by 3/4 lenght of the car. and his car was making lots of noise ( from the intake and the exhaust) ( after market BMW exhausts don't make any horsepower just noise)

This webspace, however, is NOT a free market.

These guys only allow sponsers to advertise here. That and would you really want someone to come on to your favorite car club selling crap?

So those 4 text ads at the top aren't NICO sponsors? That is good to know, I won't put the same trust in them as I do the NICO sponsors then.
