See, we're already confusing d1 .
Ok, maybe this will be a lil more clear (sorry if I made things confusing before):
1) Install everything at the same time (else you are going to need to retune later).
2) For initial tuning: set ONLY your idle or 1k rpm whatever to -10% or -27%. You will not blow up because you are not yet under boost. We are setting this so you don't run too rich since the ecu thinks it's only 270cc and is in actuality dumping in more fuel than it thinks, thereby ****ing up your afr.
If you don't set anything, the worse that can happen is you run rich since it's 370cc (and ecu thinks it's 270cc).
DO NOT set any other rpm settings (lo throttle/hi throttle) to -27% - you can run lean if you do this.
3) Using your wideband (which should be installed by now), adjust the safc settings so you get a 14 afr at idle, and about 11-12 (a little rich, but safer) afr once you start doing your "street dyno". You will probably want 2 people to do this to make it faster, and I'm hoping your wideband kit has a data logger. It makes a lot more sense once you are actually tuning the car.
*** Of course, for this part, you need to know the steps on how to street tune w/ a safc & wideband, which should have been in at least a couple threads recently. I've only answered initial settings and how to get started
To prevent detonation all together, get a stand-a-lone and/or bring it to a shop to tune .
I would still buy the extra sensor & plugs since initial tuning will be crazy on your plugs/sensor - and if you don't need to change it, you always have spares. A few $ to save big $$$.
Please keep in mind I have not tuned my own car yet. I have just done a lot of reading (and a term paper ) on this subject. I'm still finishing up my kit & waiting for smog check to pass first (and to see how often I get pulled over by cops w/ my current paint scheme).
