Post Title: Quick Question
Posted by: kibatheloanwolf at 10:53 AM 6/25/2009

I Was told that i can take body panels from a 1986-89 Chevy S-10 and put them on my 1989 Nissan Hardbody. To me that sounds fishy.... Is this true or were they full of s***?

My Brother the supposed "Master Mechanic" That told me before i opened my hood to him that I had a v-6 that was skipping a cylinder ... I am talking with the local Junk-yards to let me know if they get any hard body's in..now...here is the kicker about what my bro said about the 86 Chevy s-10...He said Nissan stole the body style from Chevy...HA! I am now at the point where i do not trust my brother with a screwdriver around my truck... Oh P.S i am picking up a 2008 X-terra soon Will post pics soon

Your brother is insane. The S-10 is nothing like the hardbody, just look at it and it is clear as a bell. Why would nissan steal from GM? That is like robbing a homeless person instead of trump

No, the bodies aren't even close. I've owned 4 S-10s....they're a lot different.

She is sitting in the yard 30 miles away at my brothers house i told him do not attempt to work on it...
