Worst idea. I had a friend walk out of a 7/11 and get shot in the eye by a passing car. That had some distance and messed up his eye. That kid is practically point blank. 280+fps at the end of the barrel plus 10-12 feet to eye.

"This is a dumb idea"

bahahahaha

These are the kind of people that SHOULD NEVER touch a paintball marker. Sure i can see them doing this, if the kid was wearing a mask. Now, the thing is, how do you miss at that distance? The kid shooting have a bad eye or something? anyone competent enough to hold a marker should be able to hit something the size of an apple at about 10-15 feet.
I played tourny paintball for 1 year, played a few out of state tourneys and such, and this kind of video is the kind of thing I hate seeing..

im in the same boat as you, i play scenario, but people like this give the sport a bad name, its even worse when someone else gets hit, i dont know if you heard about it but about a year ago, an infant was hit by some kids doing a "drive by" with a paintball gun, she was it in the eye and one of the forums i go to, http://www.techpb.com, raised a bunch of money to go to her, showing the family that paintball is not the problem, stupidiy is

Man i wish good paint wasn't so expensive. So many people stop playing because of the high cost of the game. Some mistake are for life...what morons.

Seeing that video made me quite upset.....a** hats like these shouldn't even touch a marker,we practice safety to the utmost when we play here where we are at......at a field or even playing in the woods.

That kid whom was shot in the eye I am pretty sure he lost that eye,an impact like that will bust the retina beyond repair without face protection, sucks him and his friends had to learn a hard lesson that way.

I laughed really hard!

I REFUSE to believe there are really people that stupid. And if you ask anyone who has met me, they'll tell you I have no faith in the intelligence of other humans. But THAT. That's not stupidity. That's asking for it.

Humanity as a species is doomed. DOOMED. So freaking doomed.

well, being a long time member of PBNation, I have read countless stories like this. Once a kid stuck a small screwdriver in the barrel and shot his brother to death. That being said...Paintball is badass and fun when douchebags aren't around.

Ollie lang's epic dive over a lane to get into snake.

I never did get that style of paintball; Speedball.
Spewing ammo as fast as your fingers can move and wait for someone to run into your bullet barrage.

I didn't dig it much before I tried it, but after giving it a shot, it's still about survival and that's what I like about it. Still can't hold a candle to woods ball though! I love the war atmosphere!

That was nonsense!

It's really not a good idea! What comes into their

mind to have that trick that was not safe.

all i can say is tippmann 98 custom .that was my first gun. ive been paintballing for about 4 years now and i still use it and its as good as when i first bought it.in my opinion its the most reliable pbgun out there.
and they are extremely customizable. on mine i have a sniper barrel , stock, and a acog scope and i love it.

I like my T-98custom too though I want a new barrel, double trigger and expansion chamber. Mine is still stock from the box from like 10yrs ago! I'm glad I got it instead of the spyder.

I like my T-98custom too.

I put a 13inch barrel and a drop forward on mine. Great balance with a 16oz tank.

lol.

I have owned a Marq6, Ego6, 2k5'd Dragon, Black Alias, 2k6 Infamous, DM6, DM7, UL'd PMR and an F7 LE.

But I played tourney. The tippmanns are super reliable if you take care of them correctly. Plus they're great for kids just starting out.

The ones we rent at the field I work at are 68 Carbines. Things are so old but they work like a charm.

My first gun was a 98 custom, but two days in it was all f**ked up. Balls kept getting jammed in the barrel. It wouldn't shoot straight at all, and there was a leak coming from somewhere. Me and my dad both retired those guns and I got a Spyder Rodeo, I love the thing

Your the first I've heard to complain about the 98. You got shafted.
