I paid $3400 for mine, it is pretty MINT though.. One owner and it was a 45 year old lady.. all service has been done at Nissan Dealership, It had Eibach Springs on it and that was the ONLY thing done to it....

I had a 90' hatch I bought it with a blown motor no radio but other than that it was all good for $200 I swapped in a DOHC I got for free and sold it for $1700 to help pay for my s14 SR in my zenki

One moderate drift dent (at least i'm assuming drift) to the quarter panel, faded front bumper. Immaculate interior, except for faded knobs, dealer wanted 2500.
funny story, as i went to test drive it, it stalled out in the middle of the road. After me and my friend pushed it back into the lot the guy almost had a panic attack. Ensured us it was the battery so he tossed in a brand new one for free. Test drive again, same thing happened. Had to rev the hell outta it before anything worked electronically. So the guy says, "just take her off my hands, this thing seems to be too much trouble" so i gave him 800 and it was a deal.
Ran perfect for me the entire drive back home, (this car must have wanted to get out of that dealership full of mustangs and carlos) Turns out the only problem was a bad alternator fuse.

I got mine for like -100 bucks. I traded a 95 S14.5 with a blown KA that I bought for 900 bucks for it. And the dude gave me a grand to boot. My 91 S13 was a bone stock SE. It only took me a month to blow the motor. Then the mods began.

I paid $3000 for my first one (91 hatch, 5spd) I got my second one for free, ran perfect, and sold for $2k. The most recent one I bought for $750, the body is good, just needs an engine.

Yea iam in davenport i just moved here and the car was given to me by a friend back in NY he had the car in a S**TY condition and wanted a new car he tried to trade it into nissan but they offered him 50 bux and he knows i would of killed him if he gave it to them for that price so he just said here you go signed over the title to me and that was it, and this was the condition i got it minus the wet sanding and the bodywork hell iam 31 my dad aint giving me SH*T and he lives in canada.

91 base Coupe 140k miles on it runs beautifully. 5 spd and no rust. (for a minnesota car... that's like finding diamonds in your happy meal. Hit in run in the passenger side quarter panel and no carpet. Got it for $800. Guy originally wanted $2000 for it.

The one you got in 1995 for $14,000 I bet that was SWEET! I remember seeing them when they FIRST came out, I was amazed by them. I thought they were sporty as hell and I LOVED the flip lights etc. Early 90's japanese cars styling were awesome, you can sit in a 1993 240SX Fastback at a light beside a new Altima and the person STILL check out your 240 (If it's CLEAN) I love it..
Have you kept the 92 in immaculate condition?

1992 S13 HB for $3,000 110,000 miles, no rust.. In such immaculate condition it still had the plastic on the back seats..
Fully optioned out from factory, LSD, Power everything, sunroof, + tint (i removed most of it), with some Khumos (that I took off)
only thing wrong with it is a couple of small dings in the door because of other peoples doors.. damnit, but I'm getting them taken care of.. pics in sig.. cant get better ones right now!

Ive always thought it would be cool to get a convertible and do a 5 spd. manual swap to it.. The CHEAPEST convertible Ive seen in Ontario though was $7500 and it had VERY high KM, like 396,000

That is a NICE 240SX, yours looks to be the EXACT same as mine... On the Black pin striping does your say "Super Hicas" like BARELY noticable and do you have the tan interior?

I posted the auto trader prices for them in Ontario, Canada.. You will NEVER get one for LESS than $3000 here.. If you do it is ROTTED to hell and the frame is probably close to GONE in it..

1st 240 was a 1989 hatch -$900 needed lots of body work. Current is my 1991 hatch-$500 blown motor, everything else was mint condition. Swapped out motor for a 1998 KA.

Yes, after 9+ years with the car, I was hit by an 18-wheeler.
A lot have done 5spd swaps on the Verts, mine should be done this summer. And the Verts are much more rare and have kept a higher value, especially up north it seems they are more rare (or at least really rare without rust).

CHAMPIONS GATE...... the street that i live in is mango court i think. I drive and turn but don't memorize the streets.... anyways the street where i live every weekend has good taste in rwd cars rx8, ae86, and few mustangs.... Hope to know more people with s13.... all my friends either drive big *** trucks or riced out hondas.... need to gain more knowledge in s13.. thinking of tuning the ECU for some reason.

91 Base model for $900 Power window, doors, etc. Plenty of rust on it tho. If i could find a rust-free shell, i would sell it.

This is the car a couple weeks after i bought it. i paid 900 it ran rich and was missing the sunroof and power window amplifier. couple hundred bucks later i think ive spent around 300 bucks. tires- 100 dash vents - free 3 bolts from nissan- 15 bucks special order and everytime i try to get parts ihave to hear "we dont make that car anymore" new air filter-20 bucks. i pulled the filter out right before i left the kids house when i bought it. black smoke stopped right away. drove off hearing him say "demmit" sunroof 80 bucks

i guess i can belong here too! i bought my hatch back in 03 for 2300, 1991 se 5 speed every option. 104k on the clock had a rust hole in the frame rail. 4 years later full out rot everywhere :/ never ONCE let me down and still runs with the next owner and is in the process of being a donor car. i sold it at 178k for 900 bux.

Swapped the blown SOHC for a DOHC, costs $400. So all in all I got mine for $1k.

THAT PAINT WAS WORSE OFF THAN MINE. i paid $1000 for mine as well from the original owner who only drove it like 5 miles a day. she let her teenage son drive it with the combo of these morons in a shop maintaining it. overall its an awesome car. this is what i had to do: the front of the exhaust manifold was open, the top two bolts backed out and were gone the bottom two were broke off inside the block. well the story should be over but guess what.... i broke a drill bit off in one of the holes cause i was using a regular drill. so i had to go and buy an angle drill to finally drill the holes. and i had to pull the broken bit out like a splinter..
So my point is i got a good deal on mine and i think you got a hell of a deal for yours
oh yeah mine had 104000 mi on it

89 SOHC hatch straight outa So Cal. 60K rebuild. 190K on body.
Paid $3600 for mine. 5 speed. Clean title, great interior, s13 front, JIC coilovers (added about $800 to price). Power doors, locks, mirrors, but surprisingly no sunroof. Clean body, fg hood, custom exhaust. Absolutely rust free!
May not be as cheap as some, but being a newbie, I didn't want something that was as much work as some of yours'.

93 DOHC hatch no rust. 110k was registered in missouri at one time. Paid $2650 for mine. 5 speed. Clean title, chuki!injen intake. horrible stage 1 paint job. extra set of original rims im about to sell. http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=315197
