Use System Restore back to the last day it workeddanielekfuj wrote:i think i've tried everything. windows firewall is turned off, and all AV software has been uninstalled. Firefox, trillian, skype, limewire, etc. all work fine. the problem is with IE, which cannot connect to any servers. I installed Opera after I discovered that IE had stopped working, and it did not work either. I don't know what to do next.
He doesnt have a wireless cards....and its not his driverszoneoneoni wrote:Your drivers for your wireless card may or may not be corrupt. It's a common problem really. Find your old driver CD or simply un-install all previous drivers for your wireless card and then go to the windows update site (or install from the CD) and update your wireless card driver. Sometime this works, other times it doesn't. Hope it helps.
