I know the Murano has the IPOD interface, but it is only on the LE. I think that if you do hook it up the way you are talking about, it will work, you just won't have all the info on the screen such as song name and artist.

How did you get the 20's on an SL? More power to ya, but there were absolutely NO dealers in New England with that combo on anything other than an LE.
I have a loaded LE and wanted to get your thoughts on some features that you may have. I think I can see the moonroof option on your new ride. Were you aware that only the FRONT glass panel opened? I didn't catch onto that until I pretty much bought the car. Also, did u get the bi-xenon headlights with the tilt feature? I like the IPOD interface and I bet you can find a better set up than the Y to AV connection through the armrest. Are you using the headphone jack from your IPOD or the actual digital input/output located on the bottom? Trust me when I say the sound quality between the two is way different!

The dealer had the 20s loaded on it and they threw it in my package for free, with the roof rails and door protectors. Ya i saw that the front glass opened when i checked out the car...i did get the bi-xenon lights and tilt feature, it comes with the technology package i believe. Im using the AV RCA's in back of the armrest to hookup my IPOD.

Where do the cables plug into the IPOD itself (the top headphone jack or the bottom digital input)?
You lucked out with the 20's and roof rack. What do u think of the Nav? I love the display, not happy with the disabled menu options when moving.

no these photos arent photoshopped, they are taken with a DSLR and 35mm lens

No, only the LE can get them. I sold mine off my LE for 600 to a dealer in CA, and he paid shipping. Bought 20" Incubus Shylock. Will try to post this weekend. No, you don't have to recalibrate. The diameter of your tire does not change, only the wheel changes and your tire is thinner.

..... Looking forward to seeing your new wheels. I think the 20" Nissans' look great, not familiar with the Incubus. I'll probably have to wait till I wearout the OE tires before I make a change....which with Goodyear Eagles it should'nt be long.

Im thinking of making it murdered out black... Put some black rims on it, tint the windows, taillights and may be head lights(gotta get into the laws on that couse i dont want any tickets 
) But ur Boss ride does look sick i might add... for some reason i just love black cars...

Hi guys. New to this forum. Got a pre-owned 06 Murano and did some home-made tweaks already.
Backside is cleaner. I installed myself the chrome strip below the plate number, removed the Nissan emblem and placed the "M-U-R-A-N-O" letters at the middle.
Placed the chrome stip as well around the window to accentuate the awesome shape of it.
pardon the messy garage hehe. I also placed a chrome strip on the front bumper just to make the stock chrome at the bottom looks more full and round.
Hope you guys like it.
Next home-made project: HID headlights and LED strip (Audi light-ish).

Hehe im bias as I have the same (well almost the same as seen in my pic), but yeah that rims will look sick! What size is that 20" or 22"? I got 20's on mine and i replaced the tires to 275/45/20. If you got 22's tho don't get that tire size hehe.

It certainly sounds like the remote autostart could be wired incorrectly. I would certainly check into that, it should not be functioning the way that it currently is. Good luck!
